This notice covers the Dyad AI agent receptionist signup and concierge setup offered by Dyad AI Solutions LLC, 405B Ronan Way, Spring Hill, TN 37174.

What you provide

We collect your name, brokerage, email, cell number, carrier, calendar preference, selected voice, optional public booking link, greeting, FAQs, listing links, and VIP numbers. Only provide information you are authorized to share. Do not submit passwords, account codes, private calendar feeds, financial records, or sensitive information about clients.

Why we use it

We use these details to review your request, contact you, configure and support your AI receptionist, and administer your subscription. The setup record is stored in our site database and delivered to our onboarding team’s email queue. A browser cookie ties your setup session to your checkout; it expires after seven days. We do not use this form to enroll you in SMS marketing.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. We store checkout, customer, and subscription identifiers, not your card number. Hosting and email providers process data needed to operate signup and onboarding. The configured voice and calendar providers process call and appointment information when your service is activated.

Calls and calendar access

Callers are told they are speaking with AI and hear a recording notice. Call content and summaries may include personal information. We review the voice setup and calendar permissions with you before activation. Submitting a link here does not connect an account or authorize a new recording configuration.

Access, corrections, and deletion

We keep setup information as needed to provide and administer the service and satisfy legal obligations. Reply to your onboarding email, use the sales number on the demo section when available, or write to our address above to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for billing, legal, or security purposes.

Service limits

This is not an emergency service. Do not use the assistant to collect sensitive documents or to make decisions about protected characteristics. Contact 911 for emergencies.
