Your trial and subscription

The Agent Receptionist plan is $49 per agent per month after a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required. The trial starts when Stripe Checkout completes, not when concierge setup finishes. Confirm your trial end date and amount in Stripe Checkout; applicable taxes, if any, are shown there.

Your subscription renews monthly until canceled. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. We do not advertise unlimited calling; your service configuration and any optional usage or add-on charges must be agreed before activation. No optional number purchase or other charge is authorized by the setup form.

Founding agents

The founding offer at /agents/founding is FREE for your first 3 months (90 days): a 90-day free trial with no card required to start. Add a payment method before your trial ends to continue at $49 per agent per month. If you do not add a card, the trial subscription is canceled without a charge. Your $49 monthly base rate is locked for life while your subscription remains continuously active; canceling ends that rate lock. The trial starts at Checkout completion.

Included usage

Each plan includes 100 AI call minutes per agent per month, then $0.25 per additional minute. We notify you at 80% of your included minutes. Every agent pays the same published base rate. Usage is reviewed separately from the base subscription; no optional purchase is authorized by this setup form.

How to cancel

Request cancellation by replying to your onboarding email or using the demo/sales number shown on the product page. Include the email used at checkout and request confirmation. Contact us before your trial end date. Cancellation stops future renewals; amounts already billed are not automatically refunded except where required by law or agreed by us.

Concierge activation

Checkout does not activate a phone line. Our team reviews your brokerage identity, greeting, carrier forwarding, calendar, and VIP routing with you. Keep your existing voicemail until testing is complete. Calendar reminders depend on your calendar or booking provider. SMS summaries require carrier registration and are not part of launch activation.

Appropriate use

You must be authorized to provide business and caller information, use your brokerage identity, and configure your phone and calendar. Every greeting must retain AI and recording disclosures. You are responsible for your business’s applicable legal, advertising, consent, and fair-housing obligations. The assistant is not a substitute for professional judgment or emergency services.
