Using Dyad AI

These Terms of Service govern your use of dyadtech.ai and the services provided by Dyad AI Solutions LLC (“Dyad AI,” “we,” or “us”). By using our site or services, you agree to these terms. If you use the services for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. A separate written service agreement or order may provide additional terms; it controls if it conflicts with these general terms for that service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Our services

Dyad AI provides business AI and automation services, including AI receptionist services, call handling and summaries, notifications, appointment assistance, and connected business workflows. Features, availability, and usage limits depend on the plan or service agreement you select.

AI-generated responses, summaries, and actions may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing important results, maintaining appropriate human oversight, and providing accurate business instructions. Our services are not an emergency service and must not be relied on for emergency response or as a substitute for professional advice.

Your account and responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
• Protect your login credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
• Only upload or connect information you are authorized to use.
• Obtain required permissions and give legally required notices for callers' information, call recording, AI-assisted calls, and communications you ask us to perform.
• Review account activity and promptly tell us about inaccurate instructions, routing, or integrations.

Do not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity, unsolicited messaging, infringement of others' rights, interference with systems, or attempts to bypass security or usage limits.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Prices, setup charges, billing frequency, minimum commitments, cancellation conditions, and any refund or trial terms are those disclosed at checkout or in your service agreement. You authorize charges for the plan you choose. These general terms do not change an agreed price or override a more specific cancellation or refund commitment.

Contact [email protected] for billing or cancellation assistance. An SMS opt-out stops this SMS program; it does not cancel a paid service or subscription.

SMS terms

Dyad AI customer account notifications. Account notifications for Dyad AI customers — call summaries, urgent-call alerts, appointment reminders and account messages from our AI receptionist service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To opt in, complete the customer sign-up / onboarding form at dyadtech.ai/onboarding.html, provide your mobile number, and select the optional SMS consent checkbox before submitting. The checkbox is not pre-checked. Providing a phone number alone, creating an account, or accepting general terms does not enroll you in this SMS program.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use. We keep a record of your selection and the consent disclosure associated with your submission.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out; after that, no further messages will be sent from this program unless you opt in again. Opting out of texts does not cancel your Dyad AI account or subscription.

Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. You can also contact us at that address to request removal from the SMS program. If your number changes or is reassigned, opt out and let us know before enrolling a new number.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Read the dedicated SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy. Agreeing to these general terms alone is not consent to receive SMS messages.

Your content and our technology

You retain your rights in information and content you provide. You authorize us to process that information as needed to deliver and support your services, consistent with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement.

Dyad AI and its licensors retain their rights in the website, software, branding, and underlying technology. You receive the right to use the services for your authorized business purposes while your account is in good standing; no ownership of our technology is transferred.

Availability and third-party services

Our services may depend on telecommunications carriers, AI providers, hosting, payment processors, and other integrations. Outages, maintenance, delays, and third-party changes can affect availability. We may change or discontinue features, subject to any obligations in your service agreement.

We may suspend or end access for misuse, security concerns, nonpayment, or material breach of these terms. We will provide notice when reasonably practicable. Third-party services may have additional terms that apply to your use of them.

Disclaimers and limitations

Except for express commitments in your service agreement and to the extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or any particular business outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Dyad AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, resulting from use of the site or services. Our total liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless your service agreement states otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by Tennessee law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date here, with any additional notice required by law or your agreement. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Changes to these terms do not create or replace SMS consent.
